Crop Flight Drone Logbook is a powerful, flexible, and extensible web application for managing and recording drone flights. It is designed to help ensure you're staying compliant with State and FAA Guidelines.
Quick start
Create an account and pick a plan that suits your needs. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can add more users to your account at any time.
Set up your profile
Before you start creating records, you need to add your first and last name. They will be automatically added to each record you create.
It is also recommended to add your drone's FAA and State registration numbers. This information will be automatically added to each record you create.
Oh no! I forgot to add my name to my profile!
Don't worry! You can always add your name to your profile by going to your profile settings and adding your name. Any flight records created prior will need your name added manually.
Adding your certifications
Crop Flight Drone Logbook allows you to add your certifications to keep track of when they expire.
You should know!
The administrator should make sure they have the FAA Part 137 certification saved so it will be applied to the report that is sent to the FAA.
Adding your drones
Add your drones by going to the maintenance tab. Here you can add your drone's name, make, model, serial number, and N number if applicable.
You should know!
You can add as many drones as you want to your account!
Add your customers
Add your customers by going to the billing tab. Here you can add your customer's name, address, phone number, and email address.
